How long does a family session last?
A family session is the perfect opportunity to capture your loved ones together, the full family session lasts 45-60 minutes, and mini family sessions are 20-30 minutes.
Why do outdoor family portrait sessions take place in the evening?
The warm golden look you see in a lot of my photos is due to the ideal lighting conditions that take place around an hour or two before sunset. My availability is based on this, and the later the better. All family sessions are scheduled during evening hours to ensure that you get the most beautiful family portraits possible. I know it might be difficult to adjust your schedule, but trust me, it's worth it for those stunning photos! You can check the sunset times on this website: https://www.timeanddate.com/sun/usa/fargo
What is the most ideal timeframe to book?
The most sought-after time frame for pictures is mid-September to early October, when all the leaves are turning. The leaves usually fall by November 1st, but it could be earlier if we have heavy winds.
Why don't you schedule family portrait sessions on weekends?
I value my time with my family extremely high, so all sessions are scheduled during the weekdays (Monday to Thursday), that way I can devote my time to my loved ones on the weekends. Thank you for understanding!
